AN ACT to amend the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by
adding thereto a new section, designated §16-5-36, relating to
vital statistics; authorizing electronic filing of
certificates.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended
by adding thereto a new section, designated §16-5-36, to read as
follows:
ARTICLE 5. VITAL STATISTICS.
§16-5-36. Electronic filing.
That any certificate filed pursuant to this article may be
filed electronically.
